Busse Combat

Jerry Busse began making knives full-time in 1982. A decade later in 1992, Jerry and Jennifer Busse incorporated Busse Combat Knife Company with one goal in mind... to become the world leader in extreme performance knives with a warranty that was equally unbeatable.

In the early 90s Jerry handmade every knife in a one-room knife shop, while Jennifer handled what marketing and advertising they could afford. The Busses travelled the country attending knife shows.

Before long, word of mouth began to spread and the phone began to ring on a constant basis thanks to customer referrals. Nearly every new customer "had a friend who recommended" Busse knives.

Busse Combat began expanding their shop, adding employees, and adding grinding equipment. This growth continues to this day.

Busse Combat Knife Company could not be prouder of their journey from humble beginnings to their current status as the industry leader in high performance fixed blades. They are even more proud that their initial goal was met early on, never wavered for over twenty years, and is still their primary mission.
