SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping for all smaller items (most). Orders under $100.00 will have a flat domestic $8.00 shipping and handling fee per order. International is a flat $34.65. There are a few items in our inventory (such as axes and swords) that will have special shipping pricing because of the size and fragility of the item. These will always be marked clearly as such. Most orders over $100.00 qualify for free domestic shipping. Most orders are processed and shipped within 36 hours of the order being placed. If there is any custom work being done (engraving / modification / anodizing) please allow an additional 36 hours
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are normally no problem. If you need to return your item before it ships just let us know. If you want to return it after you receive it, simply mail it back after confirming the details with us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or over the phone at 9075691800. There are a couple things to keep in mind:
1. If you have used your item and wish to return it, realize that you are not 'returning' it, but instead asking us to buy it back. We buy, sell, and trade so we are happy to do so.
2. Large orders are subject to a transaction fee. Most businesses call this a re-stocking fee, but that is misleading. We do not charge a re-stocking fee to simply put your returned items back on the shelf. Everyone knows that when paying by credit card or Paypal the seller incurs fees to process this payment securely. On large orders these transaction fees become significant, and we are unwilling to eat these fees when a large sum of money is refunded within hours of a transaction being processed. For this hassle we charge 7%.
Here is how to avoid #2:
A phone call, that's all. We understand things happen, and orders need to be cancelled. We are a small local business who treat our customers with courtesy and respect. We simply would like the same in return.
