Randall Made knives have been and are world famous now for over 75 years. Founded in 1938 by "Bo" Randall. Bo put forged knifemaking back on the map with his fantastic fit, finish and the durability of his knives. He was an inspiration to knifemakers 60 years ago and still is today.
Randall Made Knives are the best known and most noted handmade knives in the world. The Randall shop has been producing Randall knives since the late 1930's with their knives being mentioned in both novels and histories. The Randall Model 8 was carried by U-2 pilot Gary Powers on his ill-fated flight over the USSR in 1960.
This is a small game knife and in the hands of an expert, an outstanding big game knife. The 4-1/8" blade is 3/16" thick. The top of the blade is sharpened. India Stag handle, brass hilt, leather sheath. Measures 8-1/2" overall.
